EARTH
A wonder to be shared, not a prize to be won.
The earth we live on is one of many marvels in our universe. We can choose to make its future a Garden of Eden – or a Paradise Lost.
Man has always prospered according to this law of nature – the survival of the most adaptable. Let’s adapt. If we choose to live by the survival of the strongest, we will live in hell as a result of terrorism, nuclear war, and selfish dictators.

I wrote that a new paradigm could bring us prosperity. We need to change soon or face extinction.
Parents, schools, and businesses teach young people that to be a winner means to beat everyone else. But when we rank people, we cause an “us vs. them” way of thinking. By planting this scarcity mentality weed in their brains, it then becomes the pervasive attitude in their adult lives. An abundance mentality can avoid silly competitive goals and focus on the importance of mentoring every person so that each one feels confident and passionate about using his or her genius. Abundance thinking must replace scarcity mentality.
W. Edwards Deming wrote in his book, Out of the Crisis, that we should eliminate management by numbers, and that we should substitute leadership. He said, “Fixing points for employees, and ranking them inside the company, infuses competition within that organisation. We want collaboration not competition.” We need leaders that are not brainwashed by selfish, distracting, violent competition. (Bold added for emphasis.)

With the assets available to these men, they could create paradise if they cooperate. It’s time to cooperate… NOW.
Grow up guys!
Get the weeds out of your brains.
Play nice. Create paradise.
